Partizan
I’ve been down to the Partizan Brewery three times now and every time I’m in awe of the quality of production by the Bermondsey brewery. Everything they do is great. I particularly love their use of American hops and I think their pale ales are some of the best in the UK (possibly the world).

Kernel Brewery
The Kernel Brewery is one of the reasons I’m now obsessed by craft beer. They put me on to a variety of beers and one of the first reviews I did on this blog was of their Amarillo IPA here. They make a huge, huge range of different beers and I’d fully recommend you go along to the beer mile and pop in the brewery to check out what they’re up to.

Anspach & Hobday
If you happen to down on Druid Street you must pop in to Anspach & Hobday who also share a brewery space with Bullfinch (who are amazing). They were stop number one when I did the Bermondsey Beer Mile in summer and I sampled their fantastic IPA. Paul (Anspach) & Jack (Hobday) founded the brewery and The Porter was the very first brew in 2011.

Partizan
I can’t believe this is my first ever Partizan Brewing review on my blog. I’ve enjoyed so many beers by them, from their various ridiculously tasty Pale Ales, moreish IPA, refreshing Saison and now the X-Ale. In terms of breweries, they rank as one of the best in London. Not only do they produce incredible beers but they have the best beer artwork for any brewery around.

On a recent what I would call pilgrimage to the Bermondsey beer mile I stopped off at the rather impressive albeit underrated Brew By Numbers brewery and was seriously impressed. The variety of beers Brew By Numbers, often referred to as BBNo offered was incredible and for someone who loves an IPA I went straight for the 05/05 India Pale Ale, Simcoe & Chinook.

The Kernel Brewery has been one I’ve admired from afar for a long time. It was one of the first UK breweries alongside Meantime and Camden Town that grabbed my attention. It is not just me who holds the brewery in such high esteem as Owner and Brewer, Evin O’Riordain, was awarded British Guild of Beer Writers Brewer of the Year 2011.
