CRATE was formed back in 2012 just before the Olympics made its way to east London. It has become one of the most well known small breweries since then with its fantastic pizzas and wonderful taproom in Hackney Wick. It has 4/5 core beers including an IPA, a lager, a stout, pale ale and a bitter which I reviewed in April 2014.

CRATE Brewery opened up in summer 2012, just in time for the Olympics in London. Located in Hackney Wick it’s also located not too far from the Olympic park and sells pizza, pretty rad. Located in The White Building CRATE Brewery is a unique experience mixing craft beer and stone baked pizza, the absolute dream.
