The craft beer scene in Manchester is absolutely flourishing at the moment, what with Indy Man Beer Con attracting some of the best UK breweries in the country. There’s a whole heap of breweries in Manchester and the North West making fantastic beers. But the one brewery really making a wave is Cloudwater Brew Co. whose founding members include those who have worked at BrewDog and Marble Brewery! So lots of experience!

REVIEW: Beavertown Skull King

It is a close call between Pressure Drop and Beavertown for the best brewery in London in my opinion. However with the recent arrivals of Beavertown’s cans plus Bloody ‘Ell IPA I’m leaning towards the Tottenham based brewery.

Pressure Drop
You might have heard of Bosko by Pressure Drop, which is their flagship IPA and a bloody great one at that. I spent a night purely drinking it at The Old Fountain in Old Street, a night I don’t remember that well, unsurprisingly. Even  more recently at The Hop & Berry I had a few pints of it during the Pressure Drop tap takeover. I’ve previously reviewed Stokey Brown, Pale Fire and Freimann’s Dunkelweiss on Keg to Differ and now is the turn of Bosko Absoluto.
